How much do you charge for Site Visits?
Our normal Site Visit Fee is Ksh 1,000.
What are the Available Payment Options for anyone who wants to Buy Property from UIP Real Estate?
We have 2 Payment Options:
◈ Cash Option – This is Full Payment made within 30 days from the offer execution date.
◈ UIP Credit Financing Option –This option is available for a Period of 1 month to 12 months. What is needed is just a 20% Deposit Payment.
After Buying a Plot, how long will it take me to receive my Title Deed?
Our Title Deeds are Ready Title within 1-3 Months from the point of making your final payment.
Do you charge for Title Deed Processing?
Absolutely Not. The Price for each Property is inclusive of Title Deed Processing fee and all legal costs therein.
Is it Possible for us to buy as an Organized Group and get a Title Deed?
Yes. For a group, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate to facilitate Title Deed Processing.
What happens if I choose to pay using the UIP Credit Option for 12 months and I clear in just a few months?
There is no Penalty for early repayment. In fact early repayments are encouraged.
Do you have regular Site Visits and when?
Yes, we have site visits every Saturday. We also have daily site visits to our various sites upon prior arrangement.
Is it Possible to Pay for the Site Visit using M-PESA?
Yes, it is possible to do so using our Pay Bill Number 823050
Do you sell Freehold or Leasehold Properties?
All our Projects/Plots are Freehold. We avail the Mother Title Deed for all our Projects on sale.
Does the Price for your plots include the Title Deed Transfer Fee?
Yes, our Prices are inclusive of the Title Deed Transfer Fees. No extra money is required other than the Offer Price.
